You can also freeze the dough on the pizza pan, tightly sealed (I use 2 - layers of Glad Press 'n Seal -affiliate link). Freeze in an airtight container (in a ball) or a Ziplock freezer bag for up to 3 months. ![]() If you are storing this homemade pizza dough until you are ready to bake, then tightly cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge.
